We have been a satisfied customer of JS Robinson for over 22 years. So much so that we are on our second home built by them. As any new home owner can attest, the real measure of a builder is how they manage your experience AFTER they hand you the keys. In this regard, JSR stands apart from other builders, especially when it comes to WHO they have managing your post buyer experience and QA. We had the pleasure of working with Dave Brown on our two JSR homes. Dave's tenure and reputation with JSR and in the industry really speak to the caliber of talent JSR retains to ensure satisfaction. We love our house (since 2016) and trust the team at JSR. They will answer the phone when you call post-sale and commit professionals like Dave B. to addressing any issues, no matter how small or few they've been. It is not unusual for Mike Nelson, their GM, to drop by an active project to make sure all is going okay or for Jeff or Max to answer the phone when you call the main number. All together, just a great group.

Building a home with J S Robinson Fine Homes was an excellent experience. Such a great experience this is my second home-build with them! They are organized and provide a project timeline to keep you on track with decisions/selections. They are quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Everyone you will meet in the organization is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On top of all this, the quality of the home itself is top-notch. Post-closing warranty/service program illustrates their commitment to high standards and happy homeowners. Highly recommend!

My husband and I purchased a new home from J S Robinson. We are very pleased with our experience (sometimes the office can be hard to get hold of). We had a couple of minor issues after moving in and Tony helped solve the issues (adjusting a door, one creaking floor board, a problem with the dishwasher, needing some caulking on a window). The man deserves a raise or a bonus. Overall, I'm happy with our home. I think the quality of the products they use is excellent. I would definitely recommend their homes to others in the KC area. My husband and I will consider purchasing a larger home from them in the future.

I don’t typically take the time to leave a review but with the experience I have had with Ben Armstrong and the warranty team I felt I needed to. I have never had somebody go as far and beyond as Ben has been through our first 12 months of buying a JS Robinson home.
