Our Rosemount Villa model was honored with the Pick of Parade Distinctive Design Award as well as our new Twin Villa plan which also was honored with the Pick of Parade Distinctive Design Award.

The 2021 Parade of Homes returned to Kansas City this fall featuring 231 homes built by 88 home builders in eight counties across the Kansas City metropolitan area. Homes will range in price from $219,900 to more than $1.9 million.
Mark your calendars! The Spring Parade of Homes returns April 23 – May 8, 2022.
Homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and admission is free. Free Parade guides will be available for pickup at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) on Monday, April 18 and at all Parade homes during the dates of the event.
