Kansas City Spring Parade of Homes 2026
THANK YOU to everyone who visited us on this year’s Kansas City Home Builders Association Spring Parade of Homes!
While the parade is over, we still have several model homes that invite you to visit.
Visit one of our furnished model homes in Leawood, Overland Park, Shawnee, or Lenexa. Most models now open Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00-5:00. Closed Mondays.
April 25 – May 10, 2026
Homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and admission is free.
Free Parade guides will be available for pickup at all Parade homes during the dates of the event. Guides will also be available for pickup at the
KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) beginning April 20 (while supplies last).
Download the Android or Apple mobile app to search homes, save your favorites and map your routes.
If, for some reason, a home you visit is closed and there is no indication it shouldn’t be open, please call the builder listed in the guide or on the mobile app to have it unlocked.
