In Sundance Ridge, at 175th and Kenneth Road (between Mission Road and State Line Road), is a community like no other. Three communities are slated for production within Sundance Ridge, along with a large, beautiful clubhouse with three pools, and a state-of-the art playground. And the highly coveted Blue Valley School District has already closed on land within the community, meaning one of state’s best school districts will have an elementary school and more right within the neighborhood!

Community is slated to have approximately 800 homes on gorgeous, heavily treed home sites. Building permits should be available come spring/summer of 2016.
